Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchasing our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email or phone to arrange the return or exchange.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part in sending the product.

- Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
